Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their bookings online up to 24 hours before the session start time. Clients may reschedule their bookings online up to 24 hours before the session start time. Early Bookings: Sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Late Bookings: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours before the session start time. Missed Sessions: No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will count as a session used, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
